ili Lepik works as deputy strategy director at the Government Office of Estonia. After leading the process of establishing the country's long term development strategy "Estonia 2035" and strategic planning reform, her main responsibility now is to coordinate the implementation of the strategy. She and her team are constantly looking for innovative ways to involve people into strategy implementation and decision-making process. Eili is also working with global sustainable development goals and Agenda 2030 coordination at the central government level. She has led the reform of Estonian Sustainable Development Commission, renewal of Estonian sustainable development indicators and compiling the Estonian voluntary national reviews for the UN. She is also taking part in European Sustainable Development Network (ESDN) and has been mentoring in Salzburg Global Seminar Emerging Urban Leaders program. Eili holds a MSc degree in Economics. Eili is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
