Yoojin Oh is deputy director of the Human Rights Division, Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Korea, where she mainly deals with international human rights law. She also worked as a human rights officer with the National Human Rights Commission of Korea for six years. She served with the Asia Pacific Forum of National Human Rights Institutions in Sydney, Australia. Ms. Oh received a M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, US. She is interested in establishing a domestic framework for implementation of international human rights law, including anti-discrimination measures.
