Mário Silva is the executive president of the Portuguese Association Against Childhood Obesity since 2010. Before he used to work on the "dark side of the force" in his own words when he was coordinator of marketing campaigns targeting children for some of the biggest fast food brands as working for Iberian Office of Copyright Promotions Licensing Group. Previously he worked in creative team for a Portuguese advertising agency called Born. He started his professional career in the sponsorship department of Portugal's most loved football club, Sport Lisboa e Benfica. He received a degree in advertising and marketing from Escola Superior de Comunicação Social in Lisbon.
