Donna Jacobs, MBChB, MPH is a public health professional who has managed and provided strategic direction for URC's Quality Assurance project, USAID Health Care Improvement Project and USAID ASSIST project for South Africa for over eleven years. She has been extensively involved in all aspects of HIV prevention, care and treatment programs. She is currently the QPI Regional Director for Southern Africa. As part of her current position, she is actively involved in overseeing programs in seven countries, influencing policy changes, drafting national guidelines and implementing these guidelines at all levels of the healthcare system. She brings proficient management skills as well as technical competencies to efficiently and effectively run national programs.
