Greetings! I'm Chafic, a Media Studies graduate student (MA) at the American University of Beirut. My research interests vary along the interdisciplinary fields of criminology, media and visual culture. I have a fascination with any literature, documentaries and ethnographic research on sub-cultural and counter-cultural movements around the world. My previous work experience covers different research-assistant positions; the most eminent is in the field of public policy in Lebanon.
On a less boring note, I'm a huge fan of the outdoors, classic cinema and strumming my guitar.
