Edna Lanieri is a New Orleans based artist whose work investigates the idea of interstitial spaces and transitory experiences of idenitity, and gender. Her work has been exhibited in New York City, Miami, Los Angeles, New Orleans, Seattle and Italy. Her work is in private collections and the permenant collections of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art and the Kinsey Institute. Currently, she teaches photography at Xavier University of Louisiana.
