Christine Muttonen, Austria Christine Muttonen is a member of parliament in Vienna for the Austrian Social Democratic Party. She has been a member of the Austrian delegation to the Council of Europe in Brussels, and served on the committee for culture, education and science, and the committee for equal opportunities for men and women. Ms. Muttonen holds an M.A. in philosophy from the University of Vienna. She is a Fellow of Session 455 Peace-Making and Peace-Building: Securing the Contributions of Women and Civil Society (2008).
