Nancy Chepkoech Muigei is a governance advisor for FCDO. She is an experienced policy analyst, governance and foresight practitioner. She is part of the School of International Futures Next Generation Foresight Practitioners. She is interested in working with creatives, government leaders, civil society, private sectors and countries to tackle humanity's wicked and systemic problems. She developed her expertise through managing complex projects, in elections, climate change & governance, anti-Corruption and governance. Her multidisciplinary background in social science and humanities has enabled her to bring on board a critical lens in evaluating risks and uncertainty while supporting leaders to make decisions in complex contexts. Nancy has expertise in building partnerships and sustaining engagement with multiple stakeholders, mentoring, and building capacity of others including developing innovative revenue streams. She is curious, compassionate and courageous. She values collaboration, inclusion, and working across diverse cultures. Nancy has an interest in deepening her expertise in inclusive politics and circular economy. She is also a poet with a number of published poems.
