Kerstin is a co-founder and the current human resources director of Para Sa Sining (For the Arts). Initially used as a hashtag, a mantra and an undergraduate thesis group name, Para Sa Sining would later on serve as the name of the non-government organization that envisions to build a culture of inclusion through collaborative art. After the group received a most outstanding thesis award, Para Sa Sining has explored creative processes in collaboration through producing interdisciplinary, multi-genre, interactive, participatory and community-based programs. Handling the human resources department, Kerstin has managed, interacted and collaborated with over 500 artists, volunteers and cultural workers sharing values towards community building. She has also worked as creative producer, production, stage and artist manager with her formative years at the Cultural Center of the Philippines. She is currently taking up her master of fine arts in creative writing at the De La Salle University, Manila, Philippines where she also earned her bachelor of arts degree in communications arts.
