Mihir Sorti is currently working as senior project officer (transport) with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), India Resident Mission. Prior to joining ADB in August 2019, Mihir worked for fifteen years with the Japan International Cooperation Agency from 2004-2019 on official development assistance loans, technical cooperation and grant projects in water supply and sanitation, urban transport and natural resource management. Mihir's primary interests are in exploring effective means of dispensing aid assistance, building networks, using technology for end user benefits and devising innovative frameworks for strengthening institutional set up. He is also interested in the impact of innovative technologies in generating revenues for state utilities by plugging leakages and digitizing benefits to end users.
