Dorina is a lecturer of museology and cultural heritage in the Tourism Department of "Aleksandër Moisiu", University of Durrës, Albania. She holds a bachelor degree from Bologna University, master of science in archaeology from Tirana University and a doctor of philosophy in museology from Albanological Studies Center. She is an active member of the International Council of Museums, and the Albania country coordinator for Interpret Europe Organization. Her interests include the interpretation and educational programs she delivers in her classes and in city museum. Since October 2017, she has initiated the activity "My heritage, Heritage for all" in addition of European Year of Culture Heritage, an inclusive initiative for enabling breaking prejudices through interpretation of cultural objects and dialogue. Already she conducts classes embedding hands on activities, and critical thinking through everyday objects.
