Silverio Zebral Filho is a Brazilian-Italian development economist, behavioral and political scientist helping corporations, governments, and citizens work better together in the Americas. Since 2009, Silverio has been serving as a Head of Government Innovation Unit at the Organization of American States (OAS) and teaching graduate-level courses on public innovation and leadership at Georgetown University. As an experienced development and democracy practitioner, Silverio led more than 60 technical and/or political field missions on governance-related issues in favor of more than 30 countries in Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Economist and political scientist by training, He holds a MA in Development Studies from The Graduate Institute Geneva, an MBA from IE Business School, and an MSc. in Behavioral Science from the London School of Economics. He is working toward a Doctorate in International Political Economy at Johns Hopkins School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS/JHI).
