Sinath Sous is a grants manager at the Cambodian Living Arts organization in Phnom Penh. Her 18 years of work with Phare Ponleu Selpak and Phare, Performing Social Enterprises (Phare, The Cambodian Circus, and Phare, Creative Studio) has created a strong bond between the staff, artists, the arts community, and herself. This has been the best professional experience in Sinath's life. Supervising a local and international team, she contributed to many improvements, i.e., increasing the amount of social impact at Phare, organization of staff events and festivals, and creating Phare culture. Besides working with Phare, Sinath has been a curator and a festival coordinator of the Arts and Environment Festival since 2019, which takes place in Kampong Tom and Battambambang, Cambodia.
