Olga Daitche is a program manager of the program "SOGIDARITY" in the Foundation Rememberence Responsibility and Future (Stiftung Erinnerung Verantwortung und Zukunft), since January 2017. The funding program aims to combat discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation and gender identity by empowering civil society organizations to enforce human rights. Previously, she worked at the international department of the German NGO Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe and as freelance consultant in the framework of International Cooperation. From 2010 to 2015, she worked in Central Asia (Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) as an international advisor in the regional program Health in Central Asia at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, focusing on sexual and reproductive health and rights. She has a Master's degree in cultural anthropology and comparative religion.
