Bao-Chau Nguyen is the founder and director of LumiQueer, a civil based organization in Hanoi, Vietnam. They use art and storytelling to tell the untold stories of the LGBTQ community in order to raise public awareness on the issues. He is also the founder of Hanoi International Queer Film Week, the only Queer film festival in Vietnam that is legally permitted. Chau is a filmmaker and also an LGBT activist.
