Amélie Champsaur is a partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. She leads the firm's EU financial regulatory practice, advising EU and non-EU banks, infrastructures, sovereigns, investment funds, and other market participants on prudential regulation, governance and compliance, cyber-security, bank resolution, state aid in the financial sector, as well as related enforcement and litigation before the European Court of Justice. She also advises clients on the cross-border aspects of U.S. financial regulatory reforms and enforcement, including privacy matters. She is a graduate of HEC Paris Business School and Harvard Law School. Amélie is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
