Roula Rbeiz is a senior manager at the Office of Strategic Affairs of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court, providing strategy advisory and cross-sectoral thought leadership. Formerly, Roula was a program manager at a fast-growing startup in the media industry operating across the Middle East; during her tenure she oversaw restructuring initiatives and coordinated expansion plans including the setup of the company's Gulf headquarters and the addition of a digital media division to the business. Prior to that she was a consultant at Booz & Company's Middle East office and worked on projects in the Arabian Gulf and North Africa as part of the public sector and transport practices. Her work consisted of strategic planning and organization model redesign with project work including higher education strategy development and public-private partnership feasibility assessment for metro and freight rail. Roula holds a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering from the American University of Beirut, with distinction and an MBA from INSEAD. Roula is a Global Shaper, a youth community of the World Economic Forum, leading the Abu Dhabi hub in 2015/16. She is a co-author of the book Looking Ahead: The Sustainable Global Agenda (Thinkers 50, 2019).
