Chris Mukasa is the founder of Fatuma's Voice, a community organization that uses creative tools like art, poetry and music to encourage expression and create safe spaces for people to speak about social issues. He loves community projects and is even more excited when they spark sustainable social change that directly impact people's lives. He strongly believes in the power of community and is inspired by the actualization of a self-reliant Africa. His work has been recognized by TED Talks, Pillars of Africa and Youth Action NET. Since childhood, he has been a seasoned writer who has now edited and published 3 books. Besides work, you will find him watching live plays at the theatre or meeting people to learn from them and share life's stories. Chris has a background in psychology and communication.
