Youngji is an Assistant Manager at Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture (SFAC) in Seoul, South Korea. She is responsible for cultural policy research & network (SeTTA: Seoul Think Tank Alliance, WCCF: World Cities Culture Forum), management of the board of directors and regulations. Before joining SFAC in October 2019, she supported Salzburg Global Seminar's Programs as a program intern. In the past, Youngji has also gained experience working with governmental organizations, Korea Arts Management Service and Seoul Design Foundation. She received her bachelor's degree in International Development studies and master's degree in Arts and Culture Administration from Sookmyung Women's University in Seoul. Her master's thesis focused on gender and traditional art and she is currently in charge of a case of a sexual harassment lawsuit for SFAC.
