Dharini Priscilla works as the program manager of the Grassrooted Trust, Udumulla an organization that focuses on sexual and reproductive health rights in Sri Lanka. Dharini works with marginalized communities in Sri Lanka including the LGBT community, people living with HIV, sex workers and survivors of gender-based violence. She mainly focuses on conducting awareness workshops around the country about HIV, gender-based violence, harassment in the workplace and cyber-exploitation and violence. She specifically focuses on working with school and college students to educate young minds about the importance of respect for self, others and difference. Dharini is also the editor of bakamoono.lk, which is a comprehensive online education platform that offers scientific and updated information on HIV, sexual health, gender, relationships and violence prevention. Dharini is a final year undergraduate student of psychology.
