Katri Kivioja is working as Programme Specialist at the HIV, Health and Development unit at UNDP Bangkok Regional Hub. She coordinates the Being LGBTI in Asia programme at regional level, managing planning and implementation of the work, monitoring and evaluation as well as liaising with regional and national partners and donors. Prior to joining UNDP in May 2015, she worked for Population Services International as Program Director for Thailand's largest harm reduction programme, and at the Global Fund to Fights AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria as Programme Officer, where she focused on vulnerable populations and South and Southeast Asia. Katri holds an M.Sc. in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics, Finland.
