Enrique's work advocating for the LGBT+ community began in 2006 when he was a university student. He is an activist and specialized consultant for private companies, government agencies, media and universities. He has worked as a global campaigner with organizations like All Out and Amnesty International, and was listed in The Economist's 50 Top Diversity Professionals. He cofounded Colmena 41, an organization with the purpose of connecting and inspiring the LGBT+ community and our allies through networking events, research and collaboration
