Tobias Wolff is a professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania. He is an expert in the fields of civil procedure, complex litigation, and LGBT equality and has worked as a civil rights lawyer on leading cases addressing antigay discrimination in the United States, including marriage equality and relationship rights, LGB military service, and discrimination in the public marketplace. Professor Wolff served as the chief advisor for LGBT policy to the 2008 presidential campaign of Barack Obama and has been publicly recognized by President Obama for his contributions to the Obama administration’s work on LGBT equality.
