HOLOCAUST EDUCATION AND GENOCIDE PREVENTION

International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Members

IHRA Members

The United States, Canada, and most of the countries in Europe are members of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA), as are Argentina and Israel.

IHRA is an intergovernmental body whose purpose is to place political and social leaders' support behind the need for Holocaust education, remembrance and research both nationally and internationally. For additional information on Holocaust education in IHRA member countries, please visit the IHRA website: www.holocaustremembrance.com.

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum provides many resources on the history of the Holocaust relating to countries around the world. A living memorial to the Holocaust, the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum inspires citizens and leaders worldwide to confront hatred, prevent genocide, and promote human dignity.

Links to resources about the Holocaust and Holocaust education relating to the member countries of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance and resources from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum pertaining to these countries can be accessed below.
