Halting the Childhood Obesity Epidemic: Identifying Decisive Interventions in Complex Systems

Online

18:00 - 19:15 CET

Overview

COVID-19 has brought lockdowns, transformations to family life and disruptions to education which have considerably affected initiatives aiming to tackle childhood obesity and the complex systems that surround them. What has been the scale of the impact? Will relevant interventions be different after the pandemic? Have new learnings and approaches to these complex systems that condition childhood obesity emerged during this time of crisis?

Continuing the 2019 program, Halting the Childhood Obesity Epidemic: Identifying Decisive Interventions in Complex Systems, this online “open mic” event invites Fellows to reunite, share their front-line experiences and explore the impact of the pandemic on their mission and how best to move ahead again in its aftermath.

This event is by invitation only.
