Salzburg Seminar/Fetzer Institute Local and Community Leadership: Looking Within

This session will be the first in a series on leadership convened in partnership with the Fetzer Institute. The series is devoted to the exploration of leadership in a cross-cultural context and will enable participants from across the globe to better understand the leadership challenges in the 21st century and collectively explore the differences and commonalties among different cultures and societies. The series will examine the sources of good leadership and the conditions within which leadership flourishes. Particular attention will be given to the moral, ethical, and spiritual aspects of leadership and the role that these aspects play in the practice of leadership in diverse contexts. While applications can be considered for this special session, participation will generally be by invitation only.
