Diane Ragsdale

Doctoral Candidate, Erasmus University, USA

Diane Ragsdale is a doctoral candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where she lectured from 2011-2015. Since 2010 Diane has also provided a range of consulting and training services to the arts and culture sector; has been a frequent keynote speaker at arts conferences; and has contributed articles to several trade publications. She previously served as a program officer in the performing arts program at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, where she oversaw theater and dance grants and, before that, served as managing director of On the Boards, Seattle, Washington. Prior work includes stints on several film and live arts festivals. She earned B.S. and B.F.A. degrees from Tulane University, and an M.F.A. from the University of Missouri, Kansas City.
