Christine Loh (Co-Chair) is the chief executive officer and founder of Civic Exchange, an independent, non-profit think-tank based in Hong Kong, SAR, China. Ms. Loh was a legislator in Hong Kong from 1992 to 1997 and 1998 to 2000. Prior to entering politics, she spent fourteen years in the private commercial sector. For twelve years Ms. Loh was a commodities trader for a multinational company where she rose to become regional managing director. In the 1980s, she designed the firms research system for China. Ms. Loh spent two years working as a business strategist for a Hong Kong company. She writes extensively in local and international publications on a variety of subjects including the environment, corporate social responsibility, and politics. Ms. Loh holds a degree in English law and a masters degree in Chinese and comparative law.
