For 12 years Marcos worked in the stake holders engagement from public and corporate sectors, understanding the local and global political context for decision-making. Always oriented to innovation in public policies, through new actions and processes that generate the greatest urban, social and economic impact. This included, since 2008, leading the new innovation policy for the development the creative districts in the south of the city of Buenos Aires, led by Marcos as general director of foreign trade and knowledge-based industries and as a member of the innovation board. During 2016 to 2019, as director of Educar S.E, Marcos led all the innovation projects of the Ministry of Education in Argentina and developed the new study in Argentina program. Today, he is the founder of StarUp Global, a consulting firm specialized in GovTech, digital transformation, stakeholders engagement at a local and international level. He recevied his Master's degree in international studies from the University of Torcuato Di Tella and an MBA degree from IAE Universidad Austral. Marcos is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
