Catherine Millett is the director of the ETS Global Academy, a senior research scientist and strategic advisor in the Research Division of ETS in Princeton, NJ, USA. Since 2003, she has led applied research projects and conducted policy research and program evaluations. Her research focuses on the factors that lead to postsecondary readiness, access, success and completion for learners at various stages of transition from high school through graduate school. Two areas of interest are access, success and persistence in graduate education and the importance of the College Promise movement in the United States which provides opportunities to help students gain access to, pay for and graduate from college.
She served as a visiting lecturer at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. She received her Ph.D. in education from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
