Staci Frost has been with Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) since 2010. She currently leads the Foundation's work on organizational performance, supporting the organization's objectives by developing and optimizing performance management and measuring success across different areas of the organization. She is also responsible for developing the organization's efforts to ensure commitment to diversity, inclusion, and gender in the workplace. Prior to her current role, Staci was the interim chief executive officer and head of strategic partnerships at AKF (UK), where she was responsible for cultivating new partnerships and strengthening existing partnerships with European and Asian institutional donors, foundations, and corporates. Before joining AKF, she held various positions with the International Rescue Committee in New York, London, and Kampala focused on programs and partnerships. Staci has also worked at an international language school developing curriculum and courses for the English as a Second Language (ESL) and foreign language departments as well as with various organizations serving asylum seekers, refugees, and immigrant populations in the US. Staci started her career as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia and Madagascar. She has an MSc in development studies from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in anthropology from the University of California, San Diego.
