Diana Delgadillo Ramírez

Public Policy Advocacy Manager, The Hunger Project Mexico (THP-Mexico), Mexico

Diana Delgadillo Ramírez is the public policy advocacy manager at The Hunger Project Mexico (THP-Mexico) and part of the Co-Secretariat of the Movement for Gender Focus, Community-led Development. She joined THP-Mexico in 2018. She works to strengthen active citizenships and participation, which question and transform the current development model. She has experience in monitoring international cooperation processes, particularly on MDGs, the process towards SDGs and the 2030 Agenda. The central topic of research has been food security and the human right to adequate food. She also conducted an investigation on the law of food sovereignty and the agricultural production model in Ecuador. She has previously worked in the Observatory of International Cooperation for Development, by Institute Mora. Later, she collaborated in the Mexican Agency for International Cooperation for Development (AMEXCID) and subsequently, served as a consultant for civil society organizations. She has a degree in international relations from the National University Autonomous of Mexico and a master's degree in international development cooperation for the Mora Institute.
