Joy Morozov has over 15 years' experience working as a senior executive of international companies. Joy switched to the nonprofit sector in 2015 when she joined Light for the World, an international development and disability organization, which transforms the lives of the world's most disadvantaged communities by catalyzing education, rehabilitation and eye health systems, and building conducive livelihoods systems in Burkina Faso, Ethiopia, and Mozambique. At Light for the World, Joy is responsible for forging long-term partnerships to enable comprehensive and sustainable programs, tracking developments in philanthropy in non-German speaking markets and connecting changemakers and humanitarians with the organization's rich pool of field and program development managers, Boards of Trustees, and advocacy experts. Joy is looking for input and ideas on solving the education crisis of children with disabilities in Sub-Saharan Africa. She has a BSc(Hons) in management and systems from City University, UK and a diploma in French civilization from Sorbonne University, France.
