Hengka (Henry) Ji is senior non-profit and tax Lawyer for Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing, dually qualified in the People's Republic of China and New York State, USA. Prior to re-joining Zhong Lun in 2018, Henry worked for a leading international law firm for 3 years. Henry has been practicing non-profit and tax law for almost 9 years. Henry contributes substantial efforts on non-for-profit legal practice. He is a pioneer Chinese lawyer in the NGO sector and has advised numerous international NGOs and charitable foundations, social enterprises, and ultra-high net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) on a full range of legal and tax issues. Henry regularly delivers speeches on international tax law and charity law to young students at top Chinese universities, including Fudan University and Remin University. He is co-author of many professional articles published on leading international media and think tanks, including China Going Global Think Tank, China Law & Practice, CCH, Bloomberg, Christian Science Monitor, and Tax Management International Forum.
