Heather Grady

Heather Grady is a vice president at Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and leads on global philanthropy. Previously she was a vice president at the Rockefeller Foundation, responsible for overseeing initiatives in the US and globally on climate change, health, agriculture, employment (including digital employment in Africa and initiatives for workers in the US), impact investing, and transportation. She serves as an advisor to The B Team, and is on the Board of the UK-based Business and Human Rights Resource Center. Before that she was the managing director of Mary Robinson's organization Realizing Rights: The Ethical Globalization Initiative, and spent about two decades working with NGOs in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. She earned an undergraduate degree from Smith College and a graduate degree from Harvard University.
