Martha Davis

Senior Program Officer, Robert Wood Johson Foundation

Martha Davis joined the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in 2014 as a senior program officer. She brings two and half decades of experience where she focused on policies and practices to prevent and mitigate the impacts of early childhood adversity and promote resilience in children, families and communities. Martha is dedicated to RWJF's collective efforts to build a Culture of Health, working to transform health and health care systems and to promote early childhood development so that everyone in America has a fair and just opportunity to be as healthy as possible. Martha holds an M.S.S. from Bryn Mawr College School of Social Work and Research. Born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaire)-and after many stops along the way-Martha calls Philadelphia home. She lives with her partner and two children and enjoys long-distance running, hiking and traveling to new and familiar places.
