Sandra Oliveira is a coordinator at the non-governmental organization 4Change, a network of professional and catalysts contributing to a community where all stakeholders collectively generate social impact. With a background in communication sciences and visual anthropology at the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, she is a project manager for local, national and Trans-European partnerships for global citizenship and community development projects led by civil society organizations. She has also worked as a consultant for C4D and capacity building for the European Commission's development education and awareness raising program and other organizations such as UNICEF Mozambique. Sandra is a facilitator and researcher in media literacy, global citizenship and anthropology.
