Assaf Frances is the director of urban policy for Zencity. He manages the consulting branch that supports Zencity's AI-powered platform with in-depth research using various methodologies. Prior to his work with Zencity, Assaf served as a project manager on the Tel Aviv-Yafo Innovation Team in the mayor's office, supported by Bloomberg Philanthropies. There he oversaw the research through the delivery of strategic urban projects such as improving cleanliness, reducing loneliness, increasing affordability for young families and more. Assaf also worked at Nesta UK where he led the conception of a social impact lab in Wales. He holds a master's degree in urban regeneration from the Bartlett School of Planning, UCL, London.
