Isabella Miranda is a communications student at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, Mexico. Fully bilingual, she is a competitive athlete at the national level, currently as an equestrian and formerly as a dancer. She has participated twice at the National Students' Research Congress, with two creative business projects with social impact that both earned honorable mentions. Isabella believes that small actions that individuals do for each other have a positive impact on people's lives, and that these effects are replicated in their communities. She enjoys poetry, history, art, current affairs and social interactions with other cultures; she is a travel enthusiast and learns from every place she visits. She is particularly interested in the consequences of climate change and gender equity, as well as the effect of social gaps in education on a people's work to build a better nation. She loves horses and dogs.
