Sarah Price leads on population health and commissioning for the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership, the team supporting the devolution of responsibility for £ 6 billion spend in health and social care within the city region. Alongside overseeing contractual responsibility for primary care, screening, immunization and health, and justice services, Sarah is leading the implementation of the region's population health strategy which is seeking to improve health outcomes through transformation of approaches at scale. She is particularly interested in the integration across the public sector and its impact on the wider determinants of health. Sarah's first degree was in social policy from the University of London, and her M.Sc. is in medical demography from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
