Frank Kiyingi

Executive Director, Advocacy for Child Relief, Uganda

Frank Kiyingi is the founder and executive director of Advocacy for Child Relief (ACR) Uganda. Prior to working at ACR, he has worked with both international and national NGOs such as CDC, USAID, FHI 360 and UNICEF on different projects. He is a member to the following networks: Education in Conflict and Crisis network, Alliance for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action, International Society for Child Indicators, International Society for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect, and Global Partnership to End Violence Against Children. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from Makerere University and a master's degree in project planning and management and post-graduate diploma in monitoring and evaluation from Uganda Management Institute. He is also the recipient of a certificate in child protection and child rights from University of Geneva in Switzerland.
