Santiago Garcia-Devis is one of Qüid Lab's founders, a new type B organization that develops public innovation projects in Colombia and Latin America. He also teaches innovation culture and public innovation at the Externado University, Los Andes University and La Javeriana University in Colombia. He is passionate about conceiving, designing and implementing novel projects in different sectors, using innovative methods and digital tools to develop and accelerate successful public innovation processes. He has previously worked as the director of the Centre for Digital Public innovation at the ICT Ministry of Colombia, in alliance with the UNDP, strengthen public innovation ecosystem in the country. He has a master's degree in innovation strategy and entrepreneurship from IED in Barcelona.
