Monika Kochowicz collaborates with Norwegian Red Cross and No Hate Speech campaign as an educator and trainer in conflict resolution, mediation, non-violent communication (NVC), and facilitates workshops that aim to mobilize young people to combat hate speech and promote human rights online. Monika is a renowned trainer and facilitator for using non-formal learning methodology in group processes. She has great interest in multidisciplinary, international and cross-cultural collaboration, dialogue facilitation and participatory leadership. Monika holds a master's degree in comparative and international education from University of Oslo, Norway. Her thesis focused on Polish migrant youth participation and their development of intercultural competence in various learning settings in Oslo.
