Christopher Lee

Senior Technical Officer, Preventing Epidemics, Resolve to Save Lives, U.S.A.

Christopher Lee is senior technical officer for Preventing Epidemics at Resolve to Save Lives, a non-profit global health organization. In this capacity, he works closely with the WHO Health Emergencies Programme and provides direct technical assistance in countries, primarily in Nigeria where he is currently seconded as advisor to the CEO of the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC). Christopher previously worked as a medical officer in the Global Immunization Division of US CDC, and was an Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) officer in the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. He completed his internal medicine training at the University of California, San Francisco, obtained his MD from Harvard Medical School, his MPH from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, and Master of Science in Forced Migration from the University of Oxford Refuge Studies Centre.
