Caroline Taiwo

Caroline Taiwo is the director of economic opportunity at Springboard for the Arts-a nationally recognized economic and community development arts organization with offices in both Saint Paul and Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Since joining Springboard in October 2017, Caroline piloted the 20/20 Artist Fellowship program that supports BIPOC/Native artists in cultivating new opportunities for artists in their communities. In addition, Caroline piloted the Maker to Market accelerator program which connects local makers and creative entrepreneurs to professional development opportunities and investment capital through Springboard's partnership with Kiva U.S. Caroline has a background in digital storytelling and has directed various arts projects. She contributed to cultural publications and led equity work with American Public Media, Minnesota Public Radio, Pollen Midwest and the Twin Cities Media Alliance. Caroline attended Howard University and received her B.A. from Hamline University.
