Roxane Caires

Roxane Caires is the NYU Project Associate for the 3EA initiative. Prior to her current role, Roxane worked in local government conducting a large-scale community needs assessment and developing a series of measurable indicators to monitor the impact of targeted funding on key child and youth outcomes. Her current projects include supporting the Government of Lebanon in developing a contextualized social emotional learning framework and measurement tool, and supporting the development of a library of measurement tools and resources for use in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey, to be hosted on the Interagency Network for Education in Emergencies website.
