Madelon Flint has been the director of human resources at Porticus since November 2016. Porticus is the international organization that manages and develops the philanthropic programs of charitable entities established by the Brenninkmeijer family of entrepreneurs. In her role, Madelon especially focuses on keeping the organization's global HR strategy and function in line with the strategic direction. Madelon has more than 18 years of experience in human resources, leadership, and change management. She previously worked as ProRail's human resources director, and she also has extensive international human resources experience in the banking sector with organizations like ABN AMRO and the Royal Bank of Scotland. Madelon is a Dutch national and lives in Amsterdam with her partner, daughter, and son. She holds a M.A. in general and business economics from the University of Amsterdam.
