Narayan Krishnaswamy is the chief people officer at Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives (APPI). He works on a leadership team tasked with building a just, equitable, humane and sustainable society through providing grants. He is currently engaged in capacity building interventions for the APPI and its partners. Before joining the APPI, Narayan worked for large organizations in the retail, banking and strategy-consulting fields like ICICI, Tesco and Accenture. He gained entrepreneurial and leadership experience in flexi-working and HR consulting spaces. His expertise spans the field of human resources with a specific focus on recruitment and capacity building. He has a master's degree in human resources from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
