Lisbeth Dybdahl is a human resource manager at Realdania, a foundation with the mission of "improving the quality of life by improving the built environment." She especially focuses on developing the organization based on a strategic perspective, making it as easy as possible through concrete activities closely linked to the whole and the major goals. Lisbeth began her career in the Ministry for Research and Education. She spent 6 years as head of organizational developments at the National Hospital, then 9 years as managing director of the Danish School of Design, and most recently was head of HR at the University of Copenhagen. Her specialties are management, HR, internal and external communication, strategy development, personnel law, negotiations, political services and policy development, project management, and financial management. She holds a M.Sc. in political science from Aarhus University.
