Sarah AlNemr is currently pursuing her B.A. in television and film at the Lebanese American University (LAU) with a minor in advertising and public relations. Sarah's extracurricular activities at the university include the Cine club and the university's student publications, Untitled. Prior to LAU, Sarah was involved in the youth media and journalism scene in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she was able to experience the traditional coverage of events and forums as well as interview the new generation of Saudi-based artists, film makers, cooks, and others. Sarah hopes to form and be part of an open art collective in Egypt to link underground artists together and to generate a new type of energy in the arts movement in Egypt. She is a Fellow of Salzburg Global Seminar.
